We are currently performing unattended upgrades from Office 2000 to Office
XP. We are doig this via an SMS 2.0 deployment with an MST file configured
via the Custon Installation Wizard.
Now the problem is, despite the installation of XP going well, it does not
uninstall 2000. Instead, the clients are left with both versions of Office
on the system. All shortcuts and such are rerouted to the XP version
however, most files and excutables for 2000 are still there and able to run.
I have double checked the MST and it is configured to uninstall all previous
versions of the apps. I have also double checked the Program properties to
make sure that the command line is executing the setup with the said MST
file.
Thanks
