XP - problem: Encoder Driver not found

Hello!

In several occasions I've encountered the same problem
when I want to narrate ppt - slideshows:

After a little while trying to contact the encoder
replies ppt to me:
Powerpoint could not connect to the Windows Media Encoder.

The detailed explanations tell me:

No specified device driver is present....
They tag it as a Windows Media Encoder Error. But I can't
find further information about this error anywhere.

This has happened to me on many different computers, most
of them with WIndows XP and Office XP. Both of them
updated wit all the newes service packs.

There *must* someone else then me having the same
troubles.
