XP Security Update breaks MS Access programs

The XP Security update auto installed on my machines 12 Feb has broken my
Access 2003 apps by causing MSFlexGrid controls to not work.
Removal of the update gets the program working again.
Can someone pass this on to Microsoft and post to other forums etc. As a
total novice to forums etc I just can't seem to find my way around.
