xp service pack

I just replace my hard drive and had to start from scratch. I needed to
download ZA, but it said I only had service pack 1. I downloaded and
installed sp3 then rebooted, but ZA says i have sp1. I tried downloading sp3
again and it said it was already added. However, if I right click on my
computer, it says sp1

I am desparate ...... thanks
