XP Style Controls Manifest File

I would like to get the XP Style controls. Is this avalibe on Access 2003. It doesn't seem to work correctly with 2002. After applying the manifest file and trying some work arounds, even though i got tab controls and some activex components to display xp controls most of the rest of the interface remained 95 style.
