XP update

I updated the latest version of office xp. Now I get two
errors:

"The procedure entry point RtlDuplicateUnicodeString could
not be located in the dynamic link library ntdll.dll"

and the second one is

"...RtlUnhandledExceptionFilter could not be..."

Has anyone else had this error? Thanks in Advance
