XP Updates

I cannot get my computer to update Office XP Service 1.
What should I do. Thanks

Why can't you? Some details would be helpful as well as the exact error
message you get. My crystal ball is out for cleaning.

Dont know about the first guy but I get "load cdrom...."
cant find ProPlus.msi.........
Searcg CD and can find ProRet.msi but this does not
work!!!

I get the following error message:

This patch package could not be opened. Contact the application vendor to verify that this is a valid Windows Installer patch package.

The website does not have a solution for this if you have Installer version 2.0 or higher (which is what I have).
