xpro / office xp / printing from Outlook

When printing from outlook, user recieved the following error msg:

Various line errors in "shdoclc.dll/preview.dlg "

ran a detect and repair , seemed to work until.

"runtime error has occurred. Do you wish to debug ?"
line 1343
Error: Unspecified error

Some things print ok, some get the above error ? latest SP applied...any
ideas ?
