Hi,
I'm new at creating reports in Access, so I'm having some
difficulties.
I am trying to plot pair using the scatter plot chart in Access and
place it in the report. Using the wizard that pops up when I insert a
chart object does not do what I want it to.
For instance, I want my x-axis to show "Age" values and the y-axis to
show "Gross Area (m2)" values, which both set of values are pulled
using a query I created. First of all, the wizard automatically sums
up my Gross Area values, which is NOT what I want. Secondly, it
doesn't ask for x-axis values, instead it uses an arbitrary number of
1.
Can someone please help me with this problem? I'm lost as to what to
do. My graph ends up with a bunch of dots in a straight line.
Thanks in advance,
Patricia Fu
