Y N & N/A HOW TO TURN A SERIES OF THESE INTO A FINAL SCORE. Please Help :o)

Hiya all you Excel magicians!

I've been in before to ask for help with date functions a while ago and that
was excellent info, please could you help me out tonight with this?

A spreadsheet of peoples competence in essential form filling is required to
see who needs to be 'helped' (with a bat in some cases!) The score for each
person is in column n.

IN COLUMNS C:L IF 'Y' OR 'N/A' THE SCORE IN COLUMN N REMAINS AT '10'
IF 'N' THEN SCORE NEEDS TO DECREASE BY '1' FOR EACH 'N'
IF COLUMNS C:L ARE BLANK THE SCORE IN COLUMN N SHOULD BE BLANK.
