Y N &N/A How to turn these into a final score? Please help! :O)

Hiya all you Excel magicians!

I've been in before(there are two groups with practicaly identical names, so
please excuse the double post if you frequent both!)to ask for help with
date functions a while ago and that was excellent info, please could you
help me out tonight with this?

A spreadsheet of peoples competence in essential form filling is required to
see who needs to be 'helped' (with a bat in some cases!) The score for each
person is in column n.

IN COLUMNS C:L IF 'Y' OR 'N/A' THE SCORE IN COLUMN N REMAINS AT '10'
IF 'N' THEN SCORE NEEDS TO DECREASE BY '1' FOR EACH 'N'
IF COLUMNS C:L ARE BLANK THE SCORE IN COLUMN N SHOULD BE BLANK.

Please could you give me a formula to work this out, I have been trying all
