*yahoo.com emails always bounce - problem?

I am trying to contact people via Outlook 2007. Whenever I send an e-mail to
someone with an @yahoo.com account the message is ALWAYS undeliverable and
receives a bounce message instantaneously. Every other e-mail I mail to
other services ie hotmail.com, gmail.com work.

What do you think is the problema nd how can I rectify this situation?

What does the bounce message say? It should give some clues as to the
reason.
