Try a new profile (Control panel, Mail) - that error often means a
corrupt
address book service. If you want to use an existing PST file, use the
steps at
http://www.outlook-tips.net/beginner/2007_profile.htm -
specifically the last section.

Thanks to all for the replies. I do have POP3 access with the Yahoo
account
and all other users in my company have no trouble receiving their
Yahoo-based
mail (although we use Yahoo Mail to manage our (e-mail address removed) e-mail)
in
their Outlook. The catch seems to be that I'm the only one with
Outlook
2007
and it's not working. I'm getting an "object can not be found" error
message
when I try to send/receive after setting up the Outlook account.
That's
why
I was thinking the problem was with Outlook 2007's compatability with
Yahoo
Business e-mail.
Thoughts? Thanks again for the help!!!

Do you have pop3 access with your account? That is a requirement.

I have a Yahoo Business E-mail account and am trying to use Outlook
2007
to
manage that account. Does Outlook 2007 not support Yahoo's e-mail
program?
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
