Hi
I want to get a suggestion on what I can do to do this:
I have a POP3 Yahoo!Mail account that I use for all my personal e-mails (so
that it does not come through on my work e-mail accounts).
Basically, I have 5 e-mail accounts setup at work in Outlook 2007, one of
them being my personal e-mail account.
I have 2 PST file that I configured, one for the work and then one for my
personal e-mail account only.
My problem is that I have several folders (about 15 folders) where I sort
and categorize my mail. So, what I do is that I then do a synchronise with
another 3rd party application that syncs my PST in Local Settings\Application
Data\Microsoft\Outlook\Name.pst and one PST I store on my desktop.
After sync, I will copy that PST to my memory stick, and then copy to my
home PC.
So, then I use sync again from that PST on flash drive to PST on my home pc.
AFTER all that is done, I then launch Outlook 2003 to check my mail.
BUT then when I send & receive, Outlook 2003 wants to REDOWNLOAD ALL
messages again. About 800 of them....
So then all messages is again inside my Inbox folders - all duplicates that
is in seperate folders that I sorted.
What can I do to prevent this? Because everytime I want to sync, and copy
back between the pc's I will get duplicates because of redownloading.
I do have 'Leave a copy on message server' selected, but is there not any
other way?
I hope it was clear enough
Thanks
