Year/Month Calculation

I need to calculate an employees dates of employment.
i.e.:5 Years 6 Months. Is this possible. I know how to
calculate the difference in years, but I need the months
with it.

Thank you very very much. Any idea on how to add the Days
to this: Years Months Days?
