Yes/No field

I have a yes/no field that if marked Yes will mean that the company is still
acitve. How do create an expression to show that if it is Yes then the
"company field" background will change to a color let's say yellow. When a
report is ran then those companies that are active will be highlighted in
yellow.

Sharon,
Go to the design of your report. Click on the company field; right click
and choose conditional formatting. Under Condition 1, Pull to to "Expression
is" and in the next block type [Name of YES/NO field] = -1
You can then choose the formatting options to fill the block or change the
color of text to yellow.
