Yet Another OLAP Question

I have seen several posting on this issue but no real conclusion. I have 2
servers, server A Runs only SQL Server+SP3, server B has Project server
2003/Analysis services/DSO/sharepoints. Project Server and sharepoints run
fine. I can not build the OLAP Cube, "you are not a member of the OLAP
Admin etc .. or cube is not built". I have all permissions and groups set
properly.

I placed a "Paid" service call with Microsoft and their tech. said that I
had to move the Analysis services to the SQL server. I thought that I could
distribute this to take the load off of the SQL server.

Any ideas?
