you cannot close Microsoft Office Word because a dialog box is open. Click
OK, switch to Word, and then close the dialogue box.

I am suddenly getting this message...this is a new computer running W.
7...office 07...anybody know why or what to do? Very annoying!!! Thanks...

This seems like the old bug with Norton AV. It causes a dialog to hide
behind all other Windows. If you have NAV, open it and look for the advanced
options (Preferences) to disable the Office Plug-in.
