You do not have sufficient permissions

Manager 1 has a resource that has been loaned out to another manager 2.
Manager 2 assigns a task to the resource. The resource works on the task. At
the end of the week the resource submits their timesheet to their manager,
manager 1. Manager 1 wants to review what the resource has been working on
for manager 2. When manager 1 clicks on the task, in the resource’s
timesheet, he gets the following error:

What permission does manager 1 need?
Thanks!!!

What are the security groups that these "managers" are in?

If they are the default, have you altered them in any way (including
Categories)?

Are you using an RBS?

Okay.

What group(s) are these "managers" in?

Have you altered the default groups and/or categories at all?

Pending on the responsible of the manager, they are in security group:

Portfolio Managers
Team Leads
Resource Manager

I have played with everything. Even when I gave them Admin rights it still
did work.
