I am using Outlook 2007. I am trying to move some messages from my corporate
Exchange folders to my personal folders (.pst) and I get the message: "Cannot
move the items. You don't have appropriate permission to perform this
operation."
I can move messages ok within the .pst folders but not from Exchange to
..pst. I want to do this to be able to save some messages as I have no further
space on the exchange server.
I suspect this is being blocked by a domain policy or registry setting.
Initially, I was not even able to access PST files. I found a registry
setting called "DisablePST" which I set to 0, then I was able to access my
..pst file. However, I can't move any emails from exchange to these folders
due to the above error.
Appreciate any help
Thanks
