"you have unsubmitted timesheets" message and closed period

Hello,

I'm managing a Project server 2003 solution with the latest fixes.
Since end of january 2010,in the PWA homepage, there is no more hyperlink:
"you have unsubmitted timesheets"

Do you face this issue, is it only related to my environment ??

Any idea or clue about what's happen will be helpfull
