You need Microsoft Internet Explorer 4.01 or later

I have IE7 Beta 2 installed, it is not in Add/Remove Programs but it works
OK. Every time I click on Outlook 2003 icon I get message "You need Microsoft
Internet Explorer 4.01 or later to use this feature. I have tried
reinstalling office removing and reinstalling IE windows component but still
get the same message. Desperately wasting time that I can't afford to waste.
Please help!
