"You Replied On" missing on replied message

Hi everybody,

I have a user complaining that 30% of her inbox replied messages are not
showing the "You Replied On" tag in Outlook 2003 (connected to Exchange 2003
non cache mode).

I did a initial research and I assured she is not maintaining multiple
sessions of outlook opened, and she is not answering these messages using
OWA, or Blackberry or Outlook over Citrix but the issue is still persisting.

Any ideas of what is happening?

Outlook won't add this flag if the email is being "edited" (I do this to
change to plain text for replying) or if it is in a public folder.
