I have the following error when connecting from Outlook
2002, running on XP Pro, connecting to an Exchange 2000
server.
"Your logon information was incorrect. Check your
username and domain, then type your password again. If
your account is new or if your administrator requested a
password change you need to click Change Password then
logon with your new password."
I found the following information in the MS Knowledge
Base - http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?
scid=kb;en-us;321652
I tried the suggested registry changes but still have the
same problem. I can successfully connect through VPN with
the same user account and password, just can't
authenticate with the Exchange server.
Any help would be appreciated.
