I accidently mixed my personal copy of MSO 2003 with the "hardened" copy we
use at the office on our network. Now I've locked down my home copy such that
I cannot download updates from the MSO updates site. After it scans my system
for updates I get the message "NOTE: Your system settings prohibit you from
installing Office updates yourself. It is likely that you have system
administrators who analyze the updates and then distribute them in other
ways."
Well I am the administtrator but not the one who hardened our office copy of
Office (he is out of the country) - how do I "unlock" my home copy so I can
update it?
