YouSendIt icon does not appear in upper rt corner.

I cannot get the YouSendIt Outlook Plug-in to work [nor can their tech
support]. Although all other YouSendIt functions operate in MS Office
Professional '07 and as an independent program, the YouSendIt icon will not
appear in the upper toolbar of Outlook. When installed it appears there &
works. However, once I restart the computer it's gone from Outlook only.
However, it does appear listed in the Trust Center Active Add-Ins and it is
checked off in the COM Addd-ins list.

Any thoughts or suggestions?

I am using Vista Home Premium or Vista Business.
