YTD budget based on current input of actual

Need a formula in YTD budget row so that when I enter 10 in Jun actual (140
YTD actual) so that I can get 120 in YTD budget. Thanks for the help.

Actual values in B2:M2
Budget values in B3:M3
=SUM(B3:M3)-SUMIF(B2:M2,"",B3:M3)

One way:

For actual YTD: =SUM(B1:M1)

For budget YTD: =SUMPRODUCT(--(B1:M1<>""),B2:M2)
