Is there some way I can stop Word from automatically converting words
such as organisation to organization? I have the language set to
English(AUS) but Word still insists on the incorrect spelling.

Hi Peter,

It's not enough to set the document's language to English(AUS). You also
need to select all of the text that you want proofed and set the language
for that text (Tools>Language) to English(AUS). For more, see this article:

have to click Refresh a couple of times; use another browser if possible.)

Thanks. I also set the default to English(AUS) and it works for new
documents.
