Version: 2008 Operating System: Mac OS X 10.6 (Snow Leopard) How would I remove zero values from a worksheet that appear following the copying and pasting of a formula down a column?

Easy on a PC but I'm new to Mac.

Thanks

If I am reading you right, you want to "blank" zeros from those cells which have a zero value as a result of a calculation formula? One way would be to go to Excel>Preferences>View and "tick off" the "show zeros values" option. Another way would be to use a conditional statement that has a "true" result of ," ",

It would be the same on a Mac. What have you tried and what did not work?
