ZF561407. CAB not found during install to Office 2003.

I tried to install speech recognition for Office 2003 on Windows XP
Professional but failed due to the install not finding ZF561407.CAB file. I
am not interested in speech recognition so just getting rid of the install
request each time I invoke Outlook, Word or Excel would suffice. Help!
