Frustrated!
I work online and send multiple password protected zip files per day. All of
a sudden, after sending/receiving .zip files for years, at the end of March
2006, I was unable to receive zips, and then could not longer send them
either. At first it was sporadic, but now it is the norm.
After hours of investigation in conjunction with my ISP, it was discovered
that Outlook is showing the zip files as having been sent, when in fact, they
are never leaving the computer. We know this, because in our test cases,
even with the security software/email scanners turned off, the zip files
still never reached the the IPs server.
Any suggestions on where to look now and/or how to correct the problem?
I've used Outlook for years and it has worked fine, up until about the end
of March 2006....
