ZIP or Compress FIles

I'm trying to email an excel spreadsheet to a printing
shop for printig. The file is 1.88MB in size and will not
deliver the email due to the file size. My question, how
can I either zip or compress this file so I will be able
to email it? Thanks in advance for your help.

If you use Outlook you can do this with a macro

I have Add-in that is doing that for you if you use Winzip.
I have also a code example on my site
