ZoneAlarm Sonic Wall won't load -- Outlook 2007

When I opened Outlook Express to send this message, the ZoneAlarm Sonic Wall
popup appeared right as it should.

However, I am writing to ask why this does NOT happen when I open Office
Standard Outlook. It used to, but I had three "severe error with add-in"
messages. Some time after that, the Sonic Wall pop-up stopped appearing,
and I no longer have the ZoneAlarm topline/pulldown menu on the Office email
page.

I "reset" ZoneAlarm Internet Security Suite and installed last week's update
version 80_298_035. It really appears that Outlook has blocked Sonic Wall
out, and I don't know how to restore it.

I had three "severe error with add-in" messages.
It will probably show up as a disabled add-in then in Tools->Trust Center->
Add-Ins

Regarding those severe error messages; you might not want to re-enable that
addin at all then. Also, there is no need to have a virus scanner integrated
with Outlook; the on-access scanner is sufficient.
