zoom slider

When I start a new document or open a saved document the Zoom Slider works
fine. But when I copy text and send it to Word from Microsoft Office Document
Scanning the Zoom Slider does not have its tab to move and pressing the + or
- does nothing. To the left of the Zoom Slider it says 10% even though the
document is at 100%.

Hi Bruce,

Hmmm, that is a bit odd. MS Office Document Imaging seems to be sending pages over as .HTM files, formatting the text in
'Normal(web) style and appears to be 'confused' in saying its in print layout view when it's acting like Web layout view.

If you close then immediately reopen the file from the Recently Used file list under the Office button does it show it as a .htm
file? Does reopening it reactivate the zoom slider and change the view from Print Layout to Web Layout on the status bar?

What is the build number for Word in
Office Button=>Word Options=>Resources
