Zooming in on a Scatter Plot

I'm trying to write a macro to zoom in on a scatter plot and position
the view to the upper right edge of the scatter plot. When I zoom in,
it allows defaults to the upper left spot of the chart. I don't know
how to position the zoom view in vba.
