Anyone know hoe to get an All-Day Event to show up in My Day with specifying times?

Unfortunately, that is not supported by Entourage.

Please be sure to let Microsoft know you'd like to see this feature in
future versions by using the Help --> Send Feedback mechanism in any
Office application.
