Executing a project in diffrent time zones????

Does anybody know how to set up a master project with sub
projects taking place in different time zones and still
display the correct time depending on what part of the
plan the task is in. What we are doing is a business
recovery exercise that last 3 days and the master is made
up of 3 plans, 2 in the eastern time zone and 1 in the
central time zone. The person in the central zone doesn't
want to have to make the conversion from eastern to
central and vise versa. You can define different
calendars but that will not fix the problem since you can
only define one start time in the Tools->Options and then
calendar tab. I have thought about creating a custom
field for the eastern time zone but I am unable to add or
subtract an hour to the Start calculation. Does anybody
know how to do this or is there a better way. Thanks to
anybody who helps with this.

The best (and probably only) way is to use one time zone for the
project. Either pick Eastern Time Zone, or Central Time Zone. If
politics prevents you from picking one or the other, work on GMT.
Schedule everything that way.

Even for your disaster recovery plan, it probably would be worth it to
your organisation to declare as policy ONE timezone for the all aspects
of working the emergency response. Avoids mis-understandings and
mistakes. At the start of your drill, you simply ask everyone involved,
in all time zones to synchronize their watches to the same time and work
to that time only. They can go off "emergency" time when the emergency
is over.
