Flash movie in Powerpoint 2008 Mac

How can i insert a flash movie in powerpoint 2008 Mac. I know it can in the windows version. But is it possible in the Mac version?

Hello, as long as you can play the Flash movie in QuickTime (ie SWF file) you can insert it as a movie in PPT. If QuickTime cannot play it, we won't be able to.

Thank you for the answer, Phil. The flash movie does not play in QuickTime on the Mac. Please can you tel me how to fix that?

Sorry for your pain but all we can say is Mac Office applications use
QuickTime to render the movies. As others suggested in this newsgroup, there
are 3rd party products which allow you to convert swf file to other movie
format. Please note that Flip4Mac needs to be installed to play WMV file on
Mac.

You might want to try EasyWMV. It says it can convert flash to QuickTime
