Hello All!
I am constantly trying to support 4 different crews that rotate from days to nights. In order for my department to better do this we wanted to create a schedule that is on going, but i don't see that kind of flexibility in outlook. The schedule looks like this. 4 crews (1 days & 1 nights), working in the following series (on/off): 5/5, 4/5, 5/4. From that point they just repeat. So there is reoccurring cycle. I found several threads on schedules, but nothing that helped me with this series.
I have attached a copy of their schedule to (hopefully) better explain the rotation.
Any ideas?
