Markup notes too small to read

Is there a way to increase the font size of the markup notes so that I can actually read them ?

Do you mean the Comments, in balloons in the right margin? If so:

The style Balloon Text controls the font of the prefix (Comment and
the size of the entire thing. The style Comment Text controls the font
of the text you type after Comment:, but has no impact on the size no
matter what you do.

So to get exactly what you want, you need to adjust *both* those styles,
via Format | Style.

I think you will need to repeat the changes in documents received from
other people--if you need to apply them frequently, you can use a script
to change the styles in a single click.

Note that you can also View | Zoom the entire document and the comments
will show up larger too.

does this work for word for mac as well? I do not find this menu that controls the format or style of balloon.
