Numbering above 100 ?

I have a long list of items that I need numbered.

When I apply "numbering" the count is fine until reaching 99, and then the
next number is 00, 01, 02, etc.

Is there a way to continue the number after 99, so it's sequential ie., 101,
102, 103, etc.?

Try indenting the lines. For some reason Entourage does not leave enough
room on the left of the message for three digit numbers. Indenting the lines
adds room to the left so that the first digit can appear.
