Two ways, one quick and dirty, one more elegant.

1. Insert four blank pages at the beginning. Press Ctrl-Enter to
create each new page. Make sure and print starting at page 5.

2. Modify the page number to start at 5 instead of 1. I'm at home
using Word 2000 and it might be different for other versions. In any
case, it's not immediately obvious. You start with the menu command
"Insert" although you're not going to insert anything.

Insert / Page numbers, click Format, under Page Numbering select Start
at, and enter 5. Click OK, and then Close (do NOT click OK the second
time)

Putting a section break on page 5 is probably the easiest. If that is
not appropriate, you can put a field code that is visible only on
pages after 5 and compute the displayed page number. I don't have the
syntax at hand but it is something like
{ if {page} < 5 "" {={page}-5} }
