Hey folks,
My user has been editing a document on SharePoint all day. Now she’s getting an error stating that the document is saved in a format with limited functionality and it’s got the Compatibility Mode banner in the title bar. But the document is already .docx, and clicking the Convert button in the warning dialog has no effect. See screen shot attached for proof.
What can we do?
