2004 toolbar print icon defaults to 60%

Let me back up. When you say printing at 60%, what does it look like? Is
it all squished with wide right and bottom margins?

Yes, the document is printed in the upper left hand corner with wide
right and bottom margins.

If you go to Tools | Macros, is there a macro named FilePrint listed in that
dialog?

In German Word 2004 Extras|Makro, the popup window lists Makros,
Aufzeichen (Record), Visual BASIC Editor, and REALbasic Editor.

In the sub-popup window Extras|Makro|Makros Word commands lists
DateiDrucken (FilePrint) and DateiDruckenStandard.
