A black line across the screen (corruption)

winword /a does nothing it still appears the same. One other thing i noticed
was if I go into the header / footer and delete everything in them it goes
away. And for reference it is the same template everyone uses and I have
tryed replacing the template in this users profile but to no avail.

I made the same offer, Herb, but the problem is that if this behavior occurs
only on a single user profile, it's unlikely we'll see anything wrong with
the document.
