Are you using a router by any chance?

FWIW, MS Office 2007 Beta 2 is v12 of Office. The MS Internet Explorer beta is v7.

Thanks for the reply. Yes I am, but I have even troed it
WITHOUT the router and going straight into the
cable modem. Still fails to connect.
