| It's not an FP issue.

| Open Internet Explorer, click Tools > Internet Options and then click the
Advanced tab.
| Scroll down to Multimedia. make sure the check box for "Play animations
in web pages" is
| checked.
| ( If already checked, uncheck it and then recheck it )
| Click apply.
| Close and reopen IE and check the web page.
