other issue at hand. How to keep "Exchange" from creating these
receipts. You are one of many who have claimed there is no way to do as
such from within Exchange.
I won't ay there is _no_ way to do it - just that I haven't been able to
find it!
Can I pick your brain on the filter you setup? Was that an Exchange
filter or third party? What criteria did you use for the filter?

We use a suite of tools called Exclaimer <http://www.exclaimer.com/>.
We got it originally for the primary function of adding standardised tag
lines to all mail - all the clients are set to 'no signature' by group
policies and exclaimer will add either just the name of the sender to
mail within the domain or a full name, position, contact numbers &
slogan signature to mail going outside of the domain.
The spam filtering is superb frequent updates, easily configured but
exceptionally flexible & powerful.
We also use exclaimers ability to filter mail to block DNR responses. We
do blck them all, but it would have the capability to only block hem
leaving the domain if you wanted internal users to make use of them.
I's a suite of tools I can heartily recommend. Rock solid and flawless
in use.
By way of full disclosure, I did get a free NFR license to try it out,
but have since paid up for full retail license. I have no other
affiliation with the company, apart from being a happy user
Thanks again for the help.
You're welcome
