Automatically empty 2 or more "Deleted Items" folders

I too have multiple PST files and accounts. I believe I have only one Profile
although I have not looked into that feature. I had a similar complaint. I
have turned off the automatic emptying of the Deleted Items on Exit but my
complaint is that no matter which account I am in the Empty Deleted Items
option under the Tools menu will only empty the default Deleted Items folder.

I could understand having to change accounts to have it work on each one but
that does not work either. It seems to me to be a related and similar pain. I
have to go into the alternate Deleted Items folders manually and clean it out.

I already explained this. That's how Outlook works. If you don't like it,
you'll have to contact Microsoft directly and lodge a complaint. Posting in
this newsgroup doesn't connect you with Microsoft.

Hi,

I totally understand your problem and how irritating it can be to have to
manually empty all the deleted item folders!

You can write a macro that empties all the seperate Deleted Items folders
and add a button to your taskbar that links to that macro.
