After furious head scratching, -hUaHuAh- asked:

| I did it before (to download), like 3 times...and i just did it
| again, but it didn't work.
| I really don't know what is the problem. It seems that it has a
| relation to another problem that occurs when I'm trying to update my
| msn messenger - a similar error msg appears: "Error creating process
| <C:\DOCUME~1\COMP~1\LOCALS~1\Temp\IXP000.TMP\bootstrap.exe>. Reason:
| The system cannot find the path specified." - but i don't know.
| Please is there any other suggestion?

Does your Windows username contain any characters other than
letters and numbers (like a # sign or other symbols)?

I really don't know what is the problem. It seems that it has a relation to
another problem that occurs when I'm trying to update my msn messenger - a
similar error msg appears: "Error creating process
<C:\DOCUME~1\COMP~1\LOCALS~1\Temp\IXP000.TMP\bootstrap.exe>. Reason: The
system cannot find the path specified." - but i don't know.
Please is there any other suggestion?

I did disbled my antivirus, but it also didn't work. And yes, there is a #
sign in my windows username (if you mean by the user account name), but i've
renamed it, and it also didn't work.
I don't know whatelse to do. But i do appreciate your help.
Is there any other way to try to find the problem source?
thank you.
